You may cancel at any time up to 24 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Space is limited. We are expecting a very large turnout, so do not get shut out. All players will receive upon check-in the "BOOK OF RICHES", compliments of the Sahara Hotel. You will find discount coupons valued at over $200.00. The Sahara Hotel is now completing the final phase of a $60 million renovation project. You will be among the first guests to enjoy this new facility. Air fares will be reserved by First Travel Co. at the lowest published price unless otherwise indicated. Remember, night and red-eye flights are slightly less expensive, especially for our east coast players. If you fly America West Airlines, you will receive an additional discount of 5%. First Travel Co. has also made special arrangements with several tour operators in Las Vegas to provide for discounted air fares for our players and their guests. Seats are limited. As soon as you are absolutely certain of your intention to participate, please contact First Travel Co. in Las Vegas. Car rentals are also available through First Travel Co. Please indicate size of car and the number of days required. Transfers to and from the airport provided by Bell Trans. The cost is $3.50 each way per person. Limousine service for our High Rollers is also available at $33.00 per hour. As a promoter of PAPA, First Travel Co. promises to find the lowest prices for airfare to Las Vegas. Robert Volin, president of First Travel Co., will be present during the tournament to take care of any special needs, changes or problems which might occur.
