The following schedule for the tournament is generally consistent from year to year. Only the specific dates change each year.
Please note - There is a cut-off time for the sale of entries and the play of entries on each day. These are strictly enforced, in order to allow the tournament to remain on schedule.
Please note - The final rounds for A, B, and C WILL BEGIN AT 11AM on SUNDAY! Final rounds for Juniors are held SATURDAY EVENING at 6PM! Final rounds for Seniors are held SATURDAY EVENING at 8PM!
Answer to Frequently Asked Question - It does not matter when you play your qualifying entry or entries. All qualifying entries are treated equally. However, there are small advantages to playing earlier, as there will be smaller crowds, shorter wait times (often no wait at all), and this may allow you to be more relaxed while playing.
Answer to Frequently Asked Question - Spectators are welcome any time the facility is open. There are more than 350 machines available for 50-cent play (two tokens), including all day Sunday.

A shuttle will be provided by PAPA to transport players between designated hotels, nearby parking, and the tournament facility throughout the event, running approximately every 45 minutes. Also, we expect to have food vendors on-site at mealtimes, from Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning. We also have vending machines for food and drink.
